A services-led EV business with a software arm that was holding the rest of the company back. We came in as fractional CTO, restructured the engineering team around two product lines, replaced the procurement-led roadmap with one written by people who had to ship it, and built the technical narrative for the next funding round.

Outcome
Acquisition by a larger industry player twelve months later. Software was named in the press release as the reason.
